The F-15E Strike Eagle is an all-weather, multi-role, twin seat strike fighter derived from the F-15 Eagle air superiority tactical fighter.
Its unparalleled range, persistence and weapons load make it the backbone of the U.S. Air Force, with the capability to perform air-to-air or air-to-surface missions at all altitudes, day or night, in any weather.
Designed in the 1980s for long-range, high speed interdiction without relying on escort or electronic warfare aircraft, the 'E' variant Strike Eagles can be distinguished from other Eagle variants by darker camouflage and conformal fuel tanks mounted along the engine intakes.
The Strike Eagle has been deployed in Operation Desert Storm, Operation Allied Force and Operation Odyssey Dawn carrying out deep strikes against high-value targets, combat patrols and providing close air support for coalition troops. It has also seen action in later conflicts and has been exported to several countries.
It is affectionately known as the Mudhen, with 'mud' in reference to its air to ground role and 'hen' referencing its fat conformal fuel tanks.

The model was created by using high quality digital photos and many, many countless hours of testing, revising and testing again! This is, bar none, as close as most of us will ever get to the real thing.
This package features functional weapons and radar integration; both the air to ground and air to air ordinance will destroy not only targets of opportunity, but also other F-15’s in multiplayer!
This package also features an Aircraft Configuration Menu that can be used to set detailed payload options. Many different weapons choices are available, including but not limited to, Aim-9's, Amraam's, CBU-87's, Mk 82's and GBU-12's. Adding or removing ordinance or fuel will have an effect on flight dynamics and handling characteristics!
Although you can simply elect to jump in and fly with an available quick start (two clicks, wait for spool up and you're off!), you can also choose to fly by the numbers if you wish; an extremely detailed Pilots Operating Handbook includes all performance charts and figures. Great effort has been taken to ensure that this model flies as close as possible to the book!
With a max range of 2100 nautical miles and a top speed of Mach 2.4, you can travel far and fast with ease!
